Indonesia Ekspor Training Center (IETC), the National Agency for Export Development, Ministry of Trade organized Training on Chain of Cutody (CoC) for Export Market from 24 to 26 November 2009 in Jakarta. The training aims for the participants after the training to understand the CoC system.
The 3-day training displayed 4 instructors: Bill Rochmanudin (PT. Penta Sumber Daya Nusantara), Takashi Shiomi (Amita Corporation), Bambang Mardi Priyono (EC-Indonesia FLEGT Support Project), and Stepi Hakim (EC-Indonesia FLEGT Support Project ).
All day of the first day instructor Deden Rochmanudin appeared. The first session with the topic Understanding Traceability System Woodworking Industry Balak started on time as scheduled. The second session is the understanding of Custody Standards Track System and the third session was the Application of the Industrial Inventory Control . Instuctor appear with powerpoint slide presentation. Three sessions were running smoothly in an atmosphere of discussion and interactive question and answer.
The first half of the second day filled with 3 sessions presented by the instructor Takashi Shiomi from Tokyo Japan via Video Conference. In this activity, acting as a moderator in Jakarta was Abdillah Sani and as an interpreter in Tokyo was Muliarta. Instructor training materials presented in the English language sufficiently clear without translation. It\\\'s just the question and answer session by the interpreter was needed translation from Indonesian into Japanese language or vice versa. In general, video conferencing activities went smoothly according to schedule without any significant constraints.
The second half was filled by the instructor Bambang Priyono Mardi appearing for 2 sessions, first session is the implementation of the Chain of Custody tracking of Acceptance / Purchase and Delivery of Raw Materials / Sales of products and the second session tracking requirements for the Search Physical Custody Goods Flow. Two sessions were delivered with powerpoint slides and interspersed with questions and discussion.
Day of the third day showing Stepi Hakim as instructor. The first session was The Requirement for inspections Track Evidence Custody Record Implementation, the second session was the documentation requirements, and the third session was the Technical and Implementation of Internal Audit Traceability System Balak. The first session began with video playback for 15 minutes starting on time as scheduled. Instuktur appeared with powerpoint slide presentation. Three sessions were running smoothly in an atmosphere of discussion and interactive question and answer.
Training Seminar held in Room 11, and Distance Learning Room (for video conference materials) IETC Building, Jl. Lieutenant S. Parman No. 112 West Jakarta. Training went smoothly without any significant resistance. Opening and orientation training was given by the Head of Operational Division Retno Handaya representing Central Head of Education and Training Exports Indonesia (IETC). In orientation using powerpoint slides, explained about the various tasks IETC mainly training activities at the center and the regions. The 3-day training was consisting of two half-day konvensioanal learning in the classroom and half day of learning through video conferencing. All activities run smoothly. The training nwas closed officially by Head of division Handaya Retno who was accompanied by Section Chief Training Organizer Santi Setiastuti.
