Global crisis that hit the very influential in the purchasing power of the world community especially the developed countries like the United States, European Union and other countries. By decreasing the purchasing power in developed countries is the level of Indonesia\\\'s export competitiveness with other developing countries participate in international markets also affected. Therefore, capacity building of human resources and improving the quality of export products to be competitive in the global market becomes a very important thing. Export performance is usually based on the capability in the world market opportunities, which in turn requires professionalism in other areas such as in terms of supply, both in number of small and large, as well as in terms of quality, technology, product development, product design, marketing strategy (including the promotion) support the financing, legal and security guarantees in the delivery of goods and consumer safety in consuming foods and beverages. To ensure the safety and security of consumers for food and beverage products, today in developed countries have required that the system of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) determined in food quality management programs for local industries and industries that will export products to these countries. HACCP quality system approach provides assurance that the product meets requirements and is safe for consumption. HACCP quality assurance system designed to minimize the risks to the possibility of potential hazards (food quality assurance). This concept is changing the paradigm of end product testing to prevention / control with the determination of critical control points in the chain of production processes. As education and training institutions in the field of export, Indonesia Export Training Center (IETC) under the National Export Development Agency Department of Commerce held a Training for HACCP application for the Food Industry business (exporters, potential exporters) from 3 to August 5, 2009. It is expected to increase the knowledge in terms of understanding the conception of the application of HACCP and able to plan and implement quality systems in subsidiaries. Training program designed with the practitioner and instructor of export packaging experience with the syllabus so that participants will understand and understand and also appreciate technical conception and implementation of HACCP in the company. In this training provided material / case of HACCP implementation by a Japanese company with a direct view of the company\\\'s Japanese speaker through distance learning (video conferencing) between IETC (Jakarta), P3ED South Sulawesi (Makassar) and JICA (Tokyo).
